What You'll Do

As a Fullstack Engineer Working Student, you build and ship features across the stack 20h/week alongside your studies. You work closely with the founders on real product surfaces, not side projects.

This will include things like:

• Improve navigation and performance using TanStack Router.
• Optimize tRPC and TanStack Query (caching, optimistic updates).
• Build dynamic, nested forms with TanStack Form.
• Work on performant Gantt charts with drag-and-drop using DOM/Canvas APIs.
• Extend TanStack Table with drag-and-drop and advanced filtering.
• Develop a React Flow–based operations configuration editor.
• Contribute to access control flows with WorkOS.
• Help refine database schema and ERP integrations.

What We're Looking For

• Enrolled student (CS or similar) available 20h/week.
• Solid TypeScript + React experience from projects or hackathons.
• Interested in owning features end-to-end across frontend and backend.
