What You'll Do

• Ship end-to-end features across the stack: React UI, REST/tRPC services, database layers
• Make key architectural decisions that shape the product from day one
• Design and evolve complex PostgreSQL schemas to ensure reliability and performance
• Build and extend integrations with ERP/MES/SCADA systems
• Design clean APIs to expose scheduling and constraint logic
• Instrument, test, and monitor what you ship

What We're Looking For

• React (priority): complex UIs, strong grasp of rendering, DOM manipulation, Canvas APIs
• Postgres (priority): schema design, indexing, migrations, and query tuning
• TypeScript: solid API design (REST/tRPC)
• Docker & Compose: required. Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP/Azure); Kubernetes plus
• Strong eye for UI quality, and clear, direct communication
